my nissan c24 have done 124000km. the problem is after travel some 100km non stop. the auto gear will swift to 1st gear and engine will rev at 5500rpm. please advise

Sounds like the governor is sticking.  I would first change the fluid and examine the debris in the pan.  If the fluid is burnt and dirty you migth be looking at a rebuild.  But, if the fluid is reasonably clean the fluid change might do the trick.  Also, you have no codes on the dash like Check Engine and the shift Over Drive light is not flashing?  Email me back and let me know if the Check Engine light is on or if the Over Drive light is flashing?  The transmission will stick in second to keep if from hurting itself inside if there is a problem with shifting.
