Nissan Repair: 02 Sentra lights, light dimmer switch, nissan sentra

My dashboard lights (speedometer,ac, and even door locks) on my 2002 Nissan Sentra wont turn on at all. My radio lights up when the headlights are off and turns off when they're on. What could be the problem? I'd appreciate your help.

Sounds like the dash light dimmer switch is defective.  All interior lights associated with the instruments are dimmed and brightened with this switch.  Check the fuse first but most Nissans that have your problem are associated with the instrument dimmer switch.
