Nissan Repair: Engine wont start, advanced auto parts, autozone

I have a 92 sentra.  The engine won't start.  Whne I turn the key nothing happens, no clicking nothing.  I had the battery checked and it is fine.  Had it towed to a mechanic and he started it right away, turned it off, and started right up again.  What do think is the problem?

it appears that the starter is on its way out.  i would have this tested at any autozone or advanced auto parts or something similar in your local area.  this testing is free.  faulty starters will either work 98% of the time, or not at all.  i would have this fixed as soon as possible before this zero percent happens at a bad time.  good luck with the repair.  i hope this helps.
