My passengers window often gets stuck in the down position after I put the top down

If it is still under warranty take it in for a new motor.  The motor is actually a stepper motor and it gets screwed up and then it sticks.  A new motor is best but you could take the door panel off and follow the procedure in the book for resetting the motor.  There is a button that you press to let the motor know where full up and down are.  The motor actually knows where it is by the stepper function in the motor and the reason it gets stuck is it cannot figure out where it is as it relates to travel.  See if Nissan will replace it for free under warranty.  If not, rocckauto.com or courtesynissan.com are a good source.
