Nissan Repair: ECM, intake air temperature, coolant temp

I get error 113 on ECM.(Coolant temp circuit open or shorted) The plug on the sensor has no voltage.  Car idles too slow. Is ECM faulty?

If you are discusssing P0113 it is the air intake temperature sensor up by the mass airfow sensor.  This code is due to the intake air temperature being out of range and I have seen these go out.  So, check where the air enters the filter box and there should be a sensor and a connection.  Replace the sensor and you should be fine.  No reading from the wire you probed is correct since the computer grounds the circuit when the temperature is within range.
