Nissan Repair: all alrams not working on the dashboard, nissan primera, warrenty

all of the sudden all the indicatiors i.e. fule gauge ,temp.guage speedometer etc stop working seat belt sensors as well, car working is it the fuse problem or what please help
nissan primera 1800c.c 2002. had same problem last year but as it was under warrenty nissan repair it they did not tell me what was the problem

I would bet the resistor on the back of the cluster is defective.  It drops the voltage to something like 9 volts as not to run the instruments too hot.  The other thing that can cause this is the connection where the instruments plug in.  Lastly, be sure to check the fuse to the instruments first.
