Nissan Repair: 1995 Nissan Maxima Gle starting problems, nissan maxima, knock sensor

Question
I have a 1995 Nissan Maxima GLE with about 172K miles on it.  I have replaced the battery, spark plugs, fuel injectors, starter, alternator, fuel filter.  Recently my car would not start at all, then I replaced the battery and now it starts, but it takes me three times of cranking before it starts.  It seems like its not getting gas or something.  Once it starts it runs fine and also if it's still warm it will start up fine.  Check engine light was on and it said I should replace the Knock sensor and Engine coolent sensor.  I replaced the coolent sensor and the check engine light went off.  My mechanic said that knock sensor should have nothing to do with the starting problems.  People have said maybe it's something to do with timing or ground connection of battery or Ignition Cylinder Lock Harnes or fuel pump.  My mechanic cleaned the throttle body and checked the pressure of that gas and it was ok.  Can you please help me out.  Thank You.

Answer
Tomas,

The cold start circuit is defective.  It is probably the sensor that tells the computer that the engine is cold.  I bet once the car is warm it starts fine?  If this is not the case email me back.  But, first I would change the temperature sensor that sends data to the computer.  This is not the one that gives you the temperature on the dash.
