Nissan Repair: 91 nissan hardbody clutch?, blown head gasket, nissan hardbody

Question
I just bought a 91 nissan hardbody from a friend of mine and he said it had a blown head gasket. I towed it home and tinkered with it a lil bit and got it running and it runs good theres no water in the oil so I'm guessing no blown head gasket. I went to shift into reverse and it just grinded then I noticed the clutch pedal went straight to the floor and stayed there. I can pull it back up with my foot but when I push it back down it stays. It's not engaging the clutch it just goes to the floor and I cant shift. any ideas?

Answer
Lawrence,

The clutch is hydro change the master and slave cylinder for the clutch.  Then bleed the system with Ford High Performance Brake Fluid.  You can get the stuff at a Ford Dealer and it is worth the $5 a pint.  One should do for the bleeding procedure.
