Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 91 regal poor air circulation, buick regals, poor air circulation

I have had problems with my 3.1  Buick regals air circulation. I only get a wisp of air through the vents on all levels. I thought the blower motor had burned out but you can still hear it rev on the different fan levels. The vents all still change but I'm not sure what the problem could be?Thanks.

Something is blocking the air.
The air conditioner evaporator gets wet during normal operation, and if the car is used on dirt roads, dust will stick to that moisture, and cover it with dried mud, lint, leaves, pet hair, etc.
All of the air, weather heating or cooling or vent, must pass through the evaporator.
Some vehicles have better access to the evaporator than others. Sometimes removing the blower motor and using a mirror will allow you to see it. The blower side of it is where it will be restricted.

I have even seen them plugged with mouse nests where the vehicle spends a lot of time sitting outside, or in a barn, usually in farm country.
