Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: power window woes, side kick panel, buick le sabre

Question
Re: 1992 Buick Le Sabre Ltd.
Drivers power window quit about 2 months ago. This week, Apr.24/06,all others quit except right rear.It works even if lockout is engaged.I can hear faint clicking in the 3 that don't operate when you work switches.Checked output voltages on switch terminals (up & down).12.3 volts on right rear, rest were around 10.6 volts.Tried new drivers door switch assembly but no action on those non operating windows.Checked cable bundle into door by pulling boot back .could not see any problen in wiring.
I am a heavy truck tech but this has me stymeed .Maybe a ground problem?
Thanks for any assistance

Answer
Hi,Bill
It could be a ground ckt problem, the ground is G200,its located at the left side kick panel, also there is the same ground at the rh kick panel,i would check each of the switches for switching, meaning take the test light and at the switches locate the dark blue and the brown wires, connect the test light from the drk blue then to the brown wire and activate the switch it should light, then reverse the test light leads and activate the switch,it should light,if it fails to light in either direction check the pink wire for voltage. also,if in either one of the directions the test light fails to light, then its the switch,if it lights in both directions i would go to the motors.
