Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1995 olds achieva cooling fan, oldsmobile achieva, 1995 oldsmobile achieva

I recently bought a 1995 oldsmobile achieva and the cooling fan does not come on.  I'm thinking it could be one of the relays or fuses, but there doesnt seem to be a fuse concerning the cooling fan, so it must be a relay.  Problem is, i cant find the relay and do not even know where to even start.  If you can describe to me where exactly it is, or even send pictures i would appreciate it.  I would also also apreciate a fast responce too, if you can.  thanks

Hi Pete,
I don't work on Achievas, but in the fuse block, or the convenience center under the hood, should be several relays. Little square, about the size of an ice cube, usually black.
The inside of the cover usually says what they are for.
There could also be a fusible link for the fan.
