Nissan Repair: nissan truck stalls or hesitates, auto skills center, nissan pickup

I HAVE A 1996 NISSAN PICKUP KA24 THROUGHOUT THE PAST WEEKS ITS BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM. WHEN I TURN IT ON IT SOUNDS LIKE ITS GONNA DIE OUT THE IDLE KEEPS DROPPING THEN GOES UP THEN DROPS AGAIN AND SO ON IT CAN STILL BE DRIVEN BUT WHEN GAINING SPEED IT STALLS OR HESITATES FROM PICKING UP SPEED IT CAN GET TO A HIGHER SPEED BUT I NEED TO GO INTO A HIGHER GEAR BUT IT TAKES A WHILE AND THE SPEED GOES UP BUT IT WILL HESITATLE OR STALL AGAIN REPEATEDLEY PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THANKS

Check the fuel pressure first to see if it is within specification.  If the fuel pressure is good and, if yours is fuel injected, then check the air meter for proper operation.  Email me back and let me know what you find.  Guam?  Do you have access to the Auto Skills Center?  If so, have them read the computer codes since it is an OBDII equipped vehicle.  Email me the codes.
