Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: whinning, whinning, power steering pump

what makes this noise , it like a humming,whinning sound seems like its coming somewhere around the power steering

hi cassandra.well i don,t know what kind of vehicle you have .but let,s try anyway.there is only a cpl things that would cause this  one is power steering pump maybe low on fluid maybe going out.the other is a tensioner.which holds tension on belt.which if you have no steering problems.sounds like the tensioner .if you write back with more info i will try and help you a little more..please take a sec to rate my service ty billymac
