Pontiac Repair: Locks, key fobs, horn blows

I have a 2001 Grand Am with V-6 engine.  Recently my locks have been coming unlocked while driving down the road and horn honks while sitting with engine in park.

does this car have an aftermarket alarm/remote starter on it? This is a really strange problem that I haven't run across before. My first guess is that an alarm is the issue. The other thing it could be is maybe a bad body control module for the car or one of the key fobs is bad and for some reason the fob is sending the signal to the car to unlock the doors or the panic button on the fob is bad. when the horn blows is it a constant blast for the horn like someone is pressing on the horn button on the steering wheel of does it honk on and off like the panic button does?
