Pontiac Repair: spark pulg, cylinder walls, stuck in one

Question
broken tip of spark plug fall in the piston hole how can i get it out with out taking it apart v6 2004 grand am

Answer
Hi Kelly:

There is no easy way to get it out. The only sure way to do it as not to do any damage to the engine is to remove the cylinder head and fish it out that way. running the engine with it in there will do damage to the engine wither it will get stuck in one of the valve and hold them open and the pistom will hit the valve "NOT GOOD" or the ceramic will score up the cylinder walls in the engine. The ceramic is VERY hard and it will do damage. Sorry I don't have a happy easy answer to you and I'm sure it's not the answer you were looking for... Good luck :)
