Pontiac Repair: fuel system, oil pressure switch, wiers

85 fiero v6. am getting 45# pressure but not holding for any lenth of time. installed new regulator, not holding 45-how long should it hold will not even hit also could the lack of firing be from not getting enuff oil pressure---does this car have that feature? also this car has been setting  without running at all for over a year--ran great when parked--its not stored inside thanks v much

Hi, the pressure should hold as long as the is turn on. check the fuel filter make sure it is not clogged up. check the fuel lines check all wires to see any mouse has chewed any wiers into. by setting that long of a time need to put new gas in. on the oil pressure switch it should start and run for a short time, then shut off.
