RV Repair: converter box, dutchman camper, 5th wheel

huh, where is the converter box on a 1996 5th wheel dutchman camper? bought new batteries, and still no power! checked all the fuses, I am guessing it has to be the converter, but I cant find it! HELP!

Did you change the fuse up at the connector that connects the lights to the truck?  There is a 30amp fuse inline there.  The converter is ususally in the area where the cord retracts into the RV.
