RV Repair: RV Fridge Problem, metal screws, hotdogs

Question
When I put my trailer away for the winter, I thought I had cleaned out the freezer completly. When I opened everything up tonight, I was wrong. Somehow I managed to miss a couple of hotdogs in the freezer. Not to get too gross, but they had liquified nicely. Now here is my problem. I managed to clean up the mess with bleach and water, but some of the liquid looks like it has gotten under the liner in the freezer. This liner wraps from the top, around the back and onto the bottom (3 sides). I can see some plastic rivets on the top and bottom and some metal screws in the back. I need to know how to get this out so I can finish cleaning this mess.  It is a Norcold fridge from a 2006 Jayflight 27BH trailer.

Thanks,
Todd

Answer
Todd, I don't know of any way to get those off. That is put together before the cooling unit is installed into the unit. You can try checking norcold's site www.norcold.com or calling 800-444-7210 and asking for a tech. The tech will be the very best person to try and help you through this. It isn't going to be very much fun though. The metal screws in the back of the freezer are what attaches it to the cooling unit and they shouldn't be removed with debris present because they will cut down the efficiency of the refer. I hope this helps, Bill
