RV Repair: Delamination, Winnebago Itasca Sunflyer, winnebago itasca, rear wheels

Question
I am considering purchasing the above motorhome...however, during my inspection I noticed a bulge running above the right rear wheels, spanning an area from about 1 to 2 feet infront of the wheel to about 3 feet rear of the wheels.  I visited my local repair facility where I was told there was little if anything they could do unless I wanted to spend thousands of dollars.  The motorhome was cared for meticulously and the previous owner was very diligent with his caulking and sealing.  My question is this, what happens if one simply leaves the problem alone...ensuring of course that no more water is getting into the wall, or that this is not a heat related problem?
So, monitor and let it go...what do you think, or should I walk away from this vehicle
Thanks

Answer
Monitor it and let it go. But you might be able to take it to a body shop and have them "inject" some adhesive in strategic spots, and then "glass" over the small holes they would make in the filon. At least this would keep it from getting any worse. Just an idea.
