Saturn Repair: 2000 saturn LS2, free eric, gas cap

I wanna know why my car is showing "Reduced Power" when I am decelerating. I have changed the gas cap, fuel filter, MAF, all the spark plugs, and it still is not working right this only occurs sometime. Is it pssible this si a timing issue, and would the Crank Postition Sensor fix this?

Did you have the vehicle scanned? If not get it scanned I am sure there is a code in there that will point you in the right direction.........let me know what the code is when you find it........some auto parts places will scan it for u for free.......
