Saturn Repair: 99 saturn SL2 wont start, fuel pump relay, rare occassions

Question
There is no fuel at the fuel rail. Could this be fuel pump, fuel pump relay, or mabey a fuse? I've cheked the fuses in the box. None are blown. Where is the location of the fuel pump relay? Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

                             Thanks, Paul

Answer
Unfortunately, I don't have any data to help you out on this model.  I only have some knowledge of the 1991-1998. But, the most common cause is indeed the relay to the fuel pump.  On the older models, it is located under the hood, on the driver's side fender well. On rare occassions, a BLOCKED Fuel line in the culprit as well as fuel filter being clogged. Rarely do the pumps go bad.
Sorry I can't offer much more than that.  I hope you work it out.
