Saturn Repair: 94 Saturn SL2 oil filter, saturn sl2, dipstick

Well, I changed my oil for the first time ever today.
1. Problem is, I couldn't find the oil filter to change it. Can you help me? Sorry to ask such a simple question!

2. In the process, I found a filter and partially removed it. When red fluid came out, I thought: ATM filter! even though I didn't know there was such a thing, and I screwed it back in. How do I check the ATM fluid and add if necessary?

HI well the oil filter is on the back of the engine in the middle also u check the atm fluid buy running the car untill it is up to normal temp and take the dipstick out and see if it is in the safe area.its the dipstick with the red top.if u need anymore help let me know.
