I changed all fuel lines when started ok on idle open full choke hit throttle died every time

Craftsman?  Why did you change the fuel lines?  Were they rotted?

If they were rotted then there is a decent chance the diaphragms and gaskets inside the carb need to be replaced as they are made of similar material.
