My drive doesn't work and I can't find any repair information or diagrams for the wheel ratchet assembly.

make sure  drive belt is ok,   then make sure  gearbox pulley  is ok   and the gearbox shafts are turning when you pull, the drive cable lever ,  if all, these check out ,  then you have a problem with either the wheel gears  and or  pinions and pawl assy  that drive your wheels  

check out parts diagrams from web site above  

just select rear wheel assy  ,  and or  transmission
