piston stuck in cylinder.  how do i remove

Answer
If the piston is seized due to a lack of oil then just use a big punch inserted through the spark plug hole and drive the piston out the bottom of the cylinder.  Of course you will ruin the piston and cylinder but it sounds like that may already be the case.
