Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Rebuild kit, briggs stratton, gasket kit

I have a briggs & stratton Model 28U707-1113-E1 motor on my mower. It needs rebuild. I've not found a site that lists the rebuild kit for this type. Can you advise where to find the rebuild kit.

B & S CARB OVERHAUL KIT #690191 is for a Walbro Carburetor also the gasket kit is #690192

B & S CARB OVERHAUL KIT # 695427 is for a Nikki Carburetor also the gasket kit is #695248
