I broke the connecting rod on my snow-blower. In the process, it broke the piston itself. I need to find out where I can order a engine rebuild kit. Do you have any idea? Do I need any specific info when ordering? This snow-blower is the 5hp 24" model.

You have a Tecumseh engine on your snowblower.  Some parts are no longer available as Tecumseh is out of business, but you should be able to find a piston and gaskets... you will need the model and spec number off the engine.  It will start something like HSK50  159265 91234   etc...

It will either be stamped in the blower housing or on a decal.
