My friend has a yardman Model#13AC762F155,when I tried to load it in my truck it would not roll even though it was in neutral.I need to take it to a repairman but can't load it.I am a 66 yr old woman so hope the answer is a simple one.

It sounds as if the brakes are stuck. First try pushing on the clutch/brake quickly and see if they release. If that doesn't work the brakes are located behind the right rear wheel. If you can reach up under there, you will find a lever that is hooked to a long rod that reaches up to the front of the mower. Grab the rod/lever and push it to the front of the mower, if it releases, you should be able to roll it easily.
