Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): walbro wt281 carb, question pool, exhaust port


Question
this carb has been rebuilt by a local small engine shop but it still wont work it would try to start but die immediately i checked the metering lever it appeared to be set low if set any higher it runs but poorly seems to be flooding any suggestions
