Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Ryobi Weed Eater (2-cycle), weed eater, thick grass

Question
Was weed-eating Saturday, running fine. I choked it down in thick grass, when I tried to restart the motor would only crank in the half choke mode, run just a moment and cut off. It did this repeatedly every time I tried to start it back up. I thought maybe I had some contaminated fuel mixture, but changed out with no help. What do I do to correct this?

Answer
Well I would suggest that you try adjusting the mixture screws on the carburetor before anything else? Aside from that I would have to think that it sucked something into the carburetor. If that is the case you will need to pull the carb off and tear into it and clean everything inside including the jet(s) to make sure there is not a blockage inside. One other suggestion is to replace the spark plug as over choking it may have fouled the plug? I always suggest the easiest and less expensive trials before anything else.I hope it is an easy solution but if not and you need more advice feel free to ask,
