hi bought a es6500 honda generator 13hp honda liquid cooled has engine knock no what the problem with that is the issue im having is how do i get the generator disconnected from engine have looked for manuals... all back ordered for this unit!!
do you no of where i could get a free repair manual on-line?

Hi Bob,
In all the years I've been doing this, I've never been into a Honda generator! I know from working on Honda mowers, they are designed with a different mentality than most equipment. I don't know where you could find a manual, other than through a dealer. If you give me the serial number also, I may be able to get you one through where I work (Ace Hardware). Sorry I could'nt be more help.
