2 quick things...I need to replace the spark plug cap; can I just order or buy them somewhere?

and when running, the engine runs good, but when I lift up on the throttle lever, I get more power. Is there an adjustment as to when I have the throttle lever all the way up, maximum throttle is on?

>>Most of the Plug Caps are Made to the Coil Unit and Cannot be Replaced.
>>To Set the Throtle Cable Properly; Loosen the Cable Shield Lock at the Engine Control Bracket and with the Throttle Lever in Full Throttle Position, Pull the Cable and Shield Until the Throttle Bracket is in the Full Throttle Position like the Throttle Lever.
>>Tighten the Cable Shield Lock.
