Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): valve adjustment, valve clearances, jiangdong

how do you adjust the valves on a jiangdong g200? it is a spin off of a honda gx200.  do you do top dead center plus 1/4 inch?  what is the range for intake and exhaust?  thanks in advance.

Hello Danny:

I Use TDC for All the Valve Clearance Settings. The Valve Clearances for this Engine are: Intake; .005in - .007in and the Exhaust; .007in - .009in.
