Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Bolens Tractor Lawn Mower, speed transaxle, variable speed pulley

I have tried new belts but my lawn tractor will go forward and backwards only for about 5 minutes. The it loses all ability to moved in either direction except with for some small jerks. The model # is13AM662F163

You can View a Breakdown of this Unit at this Site Addy; http://www.buymtdonline.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Home_Bolens_10101_19502_-1 and Select the Use Our Detailed Parts Finder. Then Enter the Model Number and Click Search. Then Double Click on your Model. 1- When you had the Belts Off, Did you Check the Floating Sheave on the Variable Speed Pulley (#2 Shown in the Drive and Transmission File) and Ensure it was Moving Freely? If Not, and the Sheave is Not Moving Freely, then this can be Causing the Problem. 2- Make Sure the Variable Speed Bracket (#4 and 5 Shown in the Drive and Transmission File) that the Variable Speed Pulley (#2) is Mounted on is Moving Freely. 3- Make Sure the Springs (#58 & 59 Shown in the Controls, Battery, Lift File) has Good Tension. The Transaxle in the Unit is a Simple 1 Speed Transaxle and if the Mower Moves Forwards and Backwards for Any Time (1 min or More) at All without Problems Means the Transaxle is Good and this Problem is in the Drive Belt System and Associated Components.
