Answer
Hello Again Anthony:

Sorry for the Delay. High Winds Downed Trees and my Phone Service has been on and Off. More Off than On. I am Sorry About the Bad Site Addy. I Just Learned the the Site has Upgraded their Site and the Addy Changed. Try this Site Addy; http://www.jacobisalespartslookup.com/home.asp and Select the Cub Cadet Logo. Now Select Shop Online Parts Look Up. Now Select the OEM (Cub Cadet) and Select the Model Tab. Then Enter the Model Numbers and Click Search. Then Double Click on your Model in the Results Area. Then Select Sectional View. Then Select the Section of the Unit you Wish to View. You Need to Remove the Shaft from the Power Head and Check the Drive Cable/Shaft. If the Cable/Shaft is Not Broken, then the Worn Gear in the Head May be Stripped. Also, if you can Turn the Cable/Shaft and the Trimmer Head Turns, then the Clutch May Require Replacing. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck

John
