Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): uneven cut, discharge side, tire pressure

I have a craftsman lawntractor LT2000 3 years old.  Now the lawn is being cut unvenly. It seems the left side (non-discharge side) is cutting lower.  The blades do need sharpening, but will that do the trick?  Is there a way to correct the deck?

The deck will have adjustable links on both sides to level the deck.  If the deck has mowed level for years and is just now having a problem the issue is 1 of 2 things.

You either have a low tire, 14psi front, 10psi rear. or you have hit something and bent the deck.  Check the tire pressure, that's usually the culprit.
