Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 19 hp Craftman riding lawn mower, question pool, carberator

My 19 hp engine won't start. I can pore some gas in the carb and start right up. I have taken the fuel filter off and turned the engine and no gas comes out the line. I also took the carberator apart and there was no gas in it.  Do riding lawn mowers have fuel pumps?

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. Send me the Model Numbers Off the Mower, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. Some Engines have a Fuel Pump. Remove the Line from the Tank and Make Sure Rust Has Not Blocked the Outlet Port of the Tank. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance.
