Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): murray lawn trator, starter fluid, code numbers

Question
I can get it to start with starter fluid but it dies. I changed the fuel filter and still no gas is getting to the engine. I do not know how to remove the carb please advise.

 Send me the Make Model Type and Code Numbers Off the Engine and I can Locate a Breakdown/IPL for you to View Online. With the Breakdown/IPL, you should be able to Remove and Clean and Rebuild the Carburetor and Correct the Problem you are having. Thanks.
