Steering Column Repair: WONT GO INTO PARK, steering column, spark plug

A MECHANIC DISCONNECTED MY STEERING COLUMN - 96 BLAZER TO REPLACE A SPARK PLUG AND ONE DAY LATER IT WILL NOT SHIFT INTO PARK - IT SEEMS TO SHIFT INTO EVERYTHING ELSE OK. ALSO THE SHIFTER - ON COLUMN -SEEMS LOOSER. THANK YOU FOR INFO

Take it back to the shop that did the tuneup. They will need to adjust the linkage. They shouldn't charge for it unless a lot of time has passed. If you deal with a shop, make sure they stand behind their work. If they won't, find someone else.
