Towing Issues: Tow regulations, tow company, parking garage

I manage a parking garage in MO and was wondering what steps I need to take to tow a car the garage. I have but a noticed stating if the car is more with in 2wks the car can be towed. Do I have to send a certified letter?

Generally if the tow company removes the vehicle then they do all the lien paperwork to dispose of the vehicle and that includes notifications and state paperwork to do it legally.

Now if your city has no specific rules about signs then you will have to follow what ever state laws require. But I can not find anything about Missouri right now and I seem to have lost all my links to anything related to there.

Are you sure that the vehicle is not there as a stolen, you can check them out with the police department and see if any vehicles are stolen before you tow them.
