Towing Issues: same issue same property different reason, tow fees, fire lane

hello its Emma again, they did it to me again. the second time around i really think it's a ROGUE TOWING BUSINESS GOING ON AT MY APT. COMPLEX. this time they have really taken it too far. tonight not even 10-15 minutes i was parked in a fire lane in the complex just to unload my infant and toddler and take them in to get settled within 10 minutes the most, i come to move my vehicle and find my vehicle to be towed. no warning sign no tickets so now what...if you ask me I'm really starting to think its a fishy towing business they are running here. i was only gone for no more then 15 min to settle my kids in the warm, but steadily i come out and they did it again, i can understand if the parking enforcement slapped a ticket on there then i know i am at fault, but towing my vehicle with out notice or permission now i know that management leaves at PM. there is no way that they scan the complex and pick my vehicle out to tow. this is 2 days prior to Christmas and i have to pay 360.00 dollars for them having my truck for less then an hour. can you help me with this. is this even legal? i rather pay the fine on the sign that states 100.00 fine but the tow fees are enormous unbelievable what somebody would do to make a quick buck. i plan to take this to the legislator and try and pass the rogue towing prevention act for the state of Nevada. i would think that the driver was desperate to make a quick buck for taking my vehicle and i have to pay 300 dollars from my kids Christmas fund. please help me. what is the world coming to? thanks again. You definitely need to contact someone about predatory towing in your area. If there is a sign that says there is a fine why was local law enforcement not contacted? Who authorized the tow? However, in this instance, you did park in a fire lane and that is not permitted anywhere in the US
