What is the maximum amount of days we can charge for storage on a vehicle.

Talk about a loaded question...Where this is would be a huge factor.

This depends on state laws in most cases, as a lien is filed by a tow company which entitles them to "legally dispose" of the vehicle...

In some areas the process has a "DOLLAR VALUE" of the vehicle and they can be disposed in as little as 15 days.

In other areas it can take 30 to 60 days or more to get the papers to legally dispose of the vehicle...

BUT a good answer is that you can charge as long as it sits in your lot, without you gaining ownership of the vehicle.
