Towing Issues: Condo tow, home owners association, rental contract

I live in a condo (Keys Gate Homestead Fla) the management has been towing visitors vehicles from the paring area. the condo's are not posted and if you get a past for parking there not told that the pass expires at 1200 midnight, and at 1201 there towed.

If you are part of a home owners association or a have rental contract review the terms and conditions on parking rules and regulations. With your community having parking enforcement it is odd not having signage for enforcement unless it is clearly defined in the rental or home owners agreement. If the problem is expiring permits at midnight, request a two pass or the number of calendar days your visitor will need such as arrival and departure dates. If this is a ongoing problem or burden for the whole community then have the community suggest a better visitor pass procedure to management. Good luck and hope everything works out!
