is it ok to tow a manual honda civic by the front end?

Towing most front wheel drive vehicles by the front, meaning lifting (wheel lifting)the front drive wheels (engine/transmission powered wheels)off the ground is the correct way of towing these vehicles. In some cases if needed, front wheel drive manual transmission Honda Civic's(transmission in neutral and not hybrid or all/four wheel drive)can also be towed backwards, meaning drive wheels on the ground but this is VERY-VERY limited to speed and distance, under 35mph and 50 towed miles.
