I WANT TO KNOW IF IT IS LEGAL TO SHARE THE SAME IMPOUND YARD UNDER TWO DIFFERNT NAMES.AND ALSO IN TWO DIFFERNT CITYS.

That varies from state to state and city to city. Check under www.municode.com in the library for the city you are in. However, a state lot may over ride if one or the other is on their rotation list. The lot has to be so big, a lighting code followed as well as the height of a fence. A lot has to be checked every so often during the closed hours. Hope this is helpful. As far as two cities, this depends on the number of people residing in each city.
