And one  day I received a paper from city about my car has been towed by xxx towing company, and i have to pay $3xx.xx
+towing expenses. I DON'T want to car back, and i don't want to pay any money( its about $1300 by now). WHAT happen if i don't do anything? They can have the car.
Also how can i find out , how much money can towing company charge me maximum

Answer
WHAT CAN HAPPEN IF YOU DO NOT REDEEM THE VEHICLE OR PAY THE FEES???

Well for one, Florida has a law where the vehicle owner is responsible for towing and storage fees.. That is common and Florida also has a law where unpaid fees can be reported to DMV and they will place a lien on your vehicle license plates and or drivers license.  That means come time to renew it you will not be able to do that till you pay the fees...

Or worse yet, you can have your drivers license suspended and if you are stopped, well you get the point...

Talk to the tow company and see what you can work out with them... Remember the vehicles are not able to be treated like trash and just thrown out or abandoned.
