Towing Issues: car on property, fire lane, space park

Question
If I am an established resident of a property and my car is on the property could the owner have my car towed away while I am still a resident of the property?

Answer
GEEZE, what is with the lack of information here...

IF you are a resident or not, and you break the law  (IE. Park in a fire lane, park in a handicapped space, park blocking a driveway or exit, park in 2 spaces or any number or other reasons) you can be towed...

In simple terms, if the property owner deems that for some reason that the vehicle is illegally parked on the property they can have it towed...

They do usually have to sign an authorization to have it towed, before it gets towed, but that is about it...

STATE and CITY rules and regulations always apply to towing of vehicles, but since I do not know where this happened, I can not point you to specific laws or issues which are broken or were followed to do this legally..

But simple answer to your question is

YES
