Towing Issues: Ford Ranger Towing, ford ranger pickup, drive wheels

I have a 1990 manual transmission Ford Ranger Pickup.  Can this be towed four down behind my RV?  Thank you

While I am not an Expert dealing with towing vehicles behind RV's, in comparison with the commercial towing industry (where we tow it cause its wrecked or broke down) it shows as an unlimited tow rating on the drive wheels...  
That is what I show, but as far as attachments and tow bars I have no idea of what is needed
