Towing Issues: Maximum Towing Fees in Alabama, private apartment, org code

Question
What is the maximum towing fee for a car towed and released to the owner in the same 24 hours.  The car was towed from a private apartment complex in Auburn, AL.  Apparently they had to use "special equipment" to tow the car also, which added an additional cost.

well  it appears that back in 2003 the city council set some rates at that time concerning the rates to be charged.  If they are still correct or not is a different story, but what I show after a search is correct then they have a $75.00 rate..

Now they might of changed the rules or something but that is the last thing that I have concerning the subject..

Now special equipment, I have no idea but there are a few things that do come to mind concerning towing about that ...
