WHAT DOES THE VSC TRACK LIGHT MEAN AND WHY DOES THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COME ON AT THE SAME TIME?

The check engine light usually turns on first which in turn will turn on the vsc/trac lights because at that time they are simply disabled due to the check engine light, you would have to get a diagnostic scantool connected to find out what the trouble codes may be for the check engine light first.
